Job Title: Customer Project Manager


At Continental, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team.


Responsibilities:



  • Project Definition and Planning: Define project goals (financial, scheduling, and quality goals), staff the project core team members, establish adequate project organization, and setup an initial project plan.
  • Steering Execution and Control Project: Track project progress, define corrective measures if deviating from the plan, control the usage of released project budget and project resources, report the project status, install and perform professional change management, and perform risk assessment and control.
  • Customer Communication: Represent the project at the customer, negotiate with the customer and suppliers, lead the customer meeting, and coordinate customer demand and problem-solving.
  • Management of Project Team: Clear tracking and leading of project issues, monitor project team member efficiency, and escalate project demand to the management.
  • Prototypes Planning and Management: Create prototypes planning, manage the availability of internal and external prototypes, and follow the company prototype workflow.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Working in various function areas preferred.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of vehicle and automotive parts development processes.
  • Fluent communication in English (both writing and speaking).
