Senior Account Manager, GCR

As a Senior Account Manager at AppsFlyer, you will be responsible for consistently growing and preserving revenue across existing clients across various verticals, including enterprises. Your key objectives will be to build executive-level relationships, establish meetings with business and technology executives, and sustain high levels of client retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently grow and preserve revenue across existing clients
- Build executive-level relationships and establish meetings with business and technology executives
- Sustain high levels of client retention
- Manage and deliver accurate forecasts for reporting
- Understand and assess customer needs to identify upsell opportunities
- Grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with businesses ranging from small to large
- Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor among targeted accounts
- Collaborate with various internal teams to meet client business objectives and grow their account
- Over 5 years of relevant industry experience, including more than 2 years in B2B SaaS sales with Chinese companies
- Solid connections with key clients in each industry
- Proven track record of achieving quota targets consistently
- Skilled in managing complex and competitive sales cycles with strong business acumen
- Deep understanding of the digital and mobile marketing ecosystem, with the ability to translate products into customer value
- Effective in building and nurturing relationships and partnerships with clients at all organizational levels
- Eager to learn and comprehend our technology from end to end
- Collaborative and solution-oriented, with a positive, never-give-up attitude
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and high level of professionalism
- Proficient with CRMs, ideally Salesforce
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
- Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience or ad monetization experience
- Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
