Business Product Manager for Live Commerce

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the growth of our AnyX (E-Commerce) and AnyTag (Influencer Marketing) platforms, making a significant impact on Chinese and other market brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the platform strategy and roadmap for AnyX (E-commerce) and AnyTag (Influencer marketing) and translate business strategy into product strategy to meet Chinese and other market brands expectations
- Manage and enhance AI Live-Commerce solutions across Asia, by gathering and analyzing users' feedback ensuring the platform meets market demands and exceeds brands' expectations
- Propose ideas for platform improvements plan to enhance user experience and platform performance
- Collaborate effectively with sales, E-Commerce operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless project progression and timely delivery
- Provide comprehensive technical support for AnyX (E-commerce) and AnyTag (influencer marketing) such as troubleshooting and issue Resolution, user training and performance optimization
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of new trends in China's e-commerce, marketing, technology, and consumer behavior, utilizing these insights for strategic platform planning and development
About You
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience product manager or business analyst in eCommerce and live commerce platform
- In-depth knowledge of either eCommerce, live commerce, influencer marketing in Chinese market
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical teams
- Proven ability in managing projects and excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive interactions in dynamic situations and collaborate well with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication is essential
