Business Development Executive for Cross-Border E-Commerce

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Japan and Southeast Asia. As a key member of our cross-border e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing new brands in China and proposing marketing and e-commerce solutions to Chinese brands for Japan and Southeast Asia markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with members in Japan and Southeast Asia to develop new brands in China.
- Propose marketing solutions to Chinese brands for Japan and Southeast Asia markets.
- Propose e-commerce solutions to Chinese brands for Japan and Southeast Asia markets.
- Prepare proposals and conduct sales activities with Chinese brands.
Requirements
- Business-level English proficiency.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce industry sales for a brand.
- Daily conversational level of Japanese.
- Sales experience with international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
