Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Sales Strategist who can provide independent sales coverage for assigned accounts or territories. This role requires individuals with extensive sales experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales forecasts.

Main Responsibilities

The Lead Sales Strategist will be responsible for managing their sales territory with periodic supervision. They will:

  • Achieve sales objectives by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
