Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Transform marketing insights into actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of high-achieving marketing professionals.
  • Examine industry trends and comprehend customer workflows to identify new applications for our products and technologies.
  • Design and implement the next phases of our sales excellence initiatives to boost the efficiency of our sales teams.
  • Establish and execute a strategic plan to elevate our CRM capabilities.
  • Develop and oversee training and competency enhancement programs in collaboration with the Low Pressure and Medium Pressure sales teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the local marketing team, product center, and division.

Qualifications for Success

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or higher, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing and product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • The capability to lead and inspire diverse teams towards shared objectives.
  • A high level of integrity, initiative, and self-motivation.
  • Experience in a product-oriented company is advantageous.
