Procurement Specialist Intern

Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist Intern to join the Philips market procurement team. The Procurement Specialist Intern will play a key role in supporting the procurement process, dealer project price validation, contract signature process, PLA projects, data analysis, vendor management and other procurement-related tasks.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation, including data analysis and collecting, supplier contracts signature.
  • Support the procurement team in price validation for 3rd party product of dealer projects.
  • Support quoting and data collecting for PLA related projects.
  • Assist in the tracking and analysis of procurement data.
  • Support the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned.


Requirements:



Available to work 3-5 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months.



Pro-active and take ownership for each assignment.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.



Strong organizational and time management skills.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is a plus.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Strong attention to detail and accuracy.



Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.



Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
