About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Leasing team to create and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business models and providing relevant feedback to maximize their performance.
- Drive planning process for Total Rental Income Budget (Estimation) and its follow-up in close cooperation with Leasing, Sales and Business Navigation.
- Collaborate with Accelerator Hub, New Income Streams Implementation Teams and/or other internal and external partners to identify and implement innovation projects.
- Engage with our partners to improve the sustainability performance of the Meeting place, communicate the vision and benefits of our sustainability agenda and encourage partners to inspire & enable our visitors to lead more healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
