WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically manage and secure the long-term financial growth in the region by aligning profit and loss with IKEA's overarching objectives and identified market opportunities.
Lead and coordinate the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities while fostering stakeholder engagement in performance management and goal setting.
Oversee the business performance tracking and forecasting process, in accordance with the global business navigation cycle, collaborating closely with the management team and retail locations.
Establish a proactive, documented approach to scenario planning and execution, enabling swift responses to performance variances while enhancing short-term business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess benefits, costs, and investments, evaluating the business from multiple perspectives to ensure favorable returns and robust business cases.
Advocate for the utilization of business cases in identifying, assessing, and acting on market opportunities.Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of product and service pricing strategies, adhering to regional pricing guidelines.
Strive for more efficient and cost-effective operational methods, uncovering growth and cost-saving opportunities through benchmarking, while continuously seeking improvements and bridging performance gaps.
Lead and nurture the Business Navigation team, ensuring the development of Business Navigation expertise within the function and disseminating knowledge throughout the organization.
Act as a collaborative partner, providing expertise to regional projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.Foster business and personnel development with a customer-centric approach, promoting learning within the organization and encouraging innovative thinking in retail.
