Ensure all Industrial Engineering data is current and accurate. Assess the potential savings from improvements within the designated area. Analyze the productive and non-productive intervals of equipment in the assigned sector. Evaluate employee effectiveness within the responsible area. Propose enhancement initiatives to elevate operational standards. Execute projects approved by management. Engage in process optimization, workplace design, organizational structuring, time studies, workforce planning, job assessments, material flow optimization, lead time evaluations, and waste reduction strategies. Enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP), set performance objectives, and implement Continuous Business Improvement (CBS) initiatives in the designated area. Maintain layout standards.Required Qualifications
Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the tire sector
2 to 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing principles
Proven project leadership with 2 to 3 successful implementations.
Background in Data Science or related data-driven roles or programming.
