About the Role

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Vice President, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities and adherence to company rules and regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate HQ and external visits, events, and meetings, including Executive Team meetings and offsite events.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP office, including ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational company, with a strong track record of providing high-level administrative support.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and maturity, with excellent integrity, honesty, and open communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and simultaneous translation ability.
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with company policies and structure.
