Senior Event Sales Manager

Job Summary
As a Senior Event Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with the Director of Event Sales to implement Hyatt Events Standards and lead a team of event sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads and drive revenue growth
- Lead a team of event sales professionals to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets
- Monitor and coach team members to ensure they deliver the brand promise and provide personalized service to clients
- Collaborate with the Director of Event Sales to ensure the department's workload is distributed effectively and each client receives prompt and personalized service
- Identify opportunities for team development and provide coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of senior event sales manager experience
- Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
