Sales Manager Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay, you will be responsible for entertaining and conducting hotel inspections to clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with established clientele, and exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Entertain and conduct hotel inspections to clients as required.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with established clientele and explore new business opportunities.
  3. Liaise and work closely with related operation departments to ensure guest requests and expectations are met.
  4. Handle guest and employee inquiries in a polite and effective manner, reporting complaints or issues to management if necessary.
  5. Conduct extensive competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel.
  6. Monitor and evaluate local, national, and international market trends and competitor hotels' sales initiatives to ensure the hotel's sales remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Requirements

  1. Experience in digital marketing, focusing on Feizhu, Douyin, and official micro.
  2. At least one year of experience in an equivalent position, with international experience preferred.
  3. Strong ability to work under pressure, positive and practical, with basic English written and spoken skills.
