Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our event sales team in Sanya Haitang Bay. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations. You will be responsible for working closely with our director of events to ensure that all events standards are implemented and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To work collaboratively with the Director of Event Sales to implement Hyatt's Events Standards and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
  2. To lead a high-performing event sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
  3. To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
  4. To monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
  5. To stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience in event sales management, with a minimum of 1 year of senior event sales manager experience.
  • Fluent English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Able to travel frequently, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required.
