As a Commercial Lead, you will be part of our brandtech group, working with brands to help them thrive in a multi-channel, digitized world since 2010.

Your key responsibilities will include executing a cohesive and successful "Go-To-Market" solutions-based sales and marketing strategy, developing and executing sales growth strategies and action plans to meet near and long-term objectives, and building a strong business development pipeline. You will also lead conversations with strategic prospect companies, lead client pitches and proposals, and attend relevant industry events.

In addition, you will handle senior client communication, nurture long-term relationships with our clients and technology partners, and monitor customer, market, and competitor activity to provide key market and sales insights.

You will also actively contribute to marketing comms activities in collaboration with the marketing team and develop collaboration with our other offices for regional and global accounts coordination.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience as a proven sales professional with a successful track record, 5+ years of experience in consulting firms or digital/media agencies with solid client-facing and business development experience, and a deep understanding of China cross border e-commerce/export industry and the typical demands of advertisers in this industry.

You will also need to have excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills, fluency in storytelling and visual communications via slides and data visualization, and exhibit awareness of best sales practices and methods.

Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience in developing new business relationships with large enterprises, be agile, adaptable, and able to cope with uncertainty, unpredictability, and change, and be willing to go the extra mile.

You will also need to have the ability to simplify complex problems, work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment, be self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, and have proven problem-solving skills.

Finally, you will need to be comfortable with networking and speaking opportunities, be a native Chinese speaker and business-level proficient in English, and have solid experience in business development in an international context with both business and technology stakeholders.
