This role will report to the Director of Sales and focus on expanding the global customer base and product offerings in specific segments. The successful candidate will formulate strategic plans, direct engineering development according to the product roadmap, and lead project teams to complete awarded programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities and pipelines that lead to sales closure and drive commercial business strategy for each customer assignment.
- Provide value propositions, prepare quotes, and support in customer day-to-day operations to close sales.
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for each customer assigned.
- Participate in commercial negotiations, such as pricing, to secure profitable business and manage overall matters related to assigned customers.
- Lead and collaborate with engineering and project teams to realize the roadmap and execute plans on awarded programs.
- Establish solid business relationships with key customers across all levels.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure strategic goals and sales revenue are achieved.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or key account management, with a preference for global customers management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proven ability of critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluent in verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Willing to travel mainly in China or East Asia.
