Drive Business Growth with Strategic Procurement


In this role, you will lead the procurement agenda in your business unit, serving as the single point of contact for the leadership team. Your primary responsibility is to understand business needs and translate them into effective procurement plans. Deliverables include productivity, quality, service, cash, and procurement process effectiveness, as well as supplier-enabled consumer solutions across innovation, sustainability, and well-being.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Work closely with business-unit executives to understand business needs and develop procurement plans that meet their expectations.
  • Communicate business unit expectations to procurement teams and ensure strategies reflect these expectations.
  • Align business-unit resources to deliver procurement commitments.
  • Manage procurement specialists to implement the procurement agenda and source-to-pay process.
  • Engage local procurement team members, regardless of reporting line, by acting as a community leader and supporting local procurement hiring and on-boarding.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a team of direct and indirect reports.
