Job Title: Service Account Manager

Job Summary:

Vestas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Account Manager to join our team in Beijing, China. As a key member of our Service Sales and Account Management team, you will be responsible for growing our assigned accounts and maximizing customer share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow assigned accounts and increase customer share of wallet
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and service solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercially facing role, preferably in the wind energy industry
  • Proven track record of originating new clients and handling existing clientele
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, with ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
