Service Account Manager

Job Summary:
Vestas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Account Manager to join our team in Beijing, China. As a key member of our Service Sales and Account Management team, you will be responsible for growing our assigned accounts and maximizing customer share of wallet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow assigned accounts and increase customer share of wallet
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and service solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercially facing role, preferably in the wind energy industry
- Proven track record of originating new clients and handling existing clientele
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in English, with ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
