We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling orders, communicating with relevant parties, arranging deliveries, managing payments for goods, collecting and analyzing sales data, and providing support for customs affairs and handbook management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order handling and communication for relevant matters
- Delivery arrangement
- Payment for goods management
- Sales data collection and analysis
- Handbook management and customs affairs support
- Others
Requirements:
- University degree, major in trading/marketing/business studies
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in sales admin
- Knowledge in import and export affairs
- SAP knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, and writing
