Sales Manager

- Develop, implement, and monitor the District Business plan in collaboration with the team and the market department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring they receive the correct prescription for Amgen products.
- Participate in or develop professional promotion activities to establish good interactive mechanisms with customers.
- Work together with Commerce colleagues to secure product supply channels.
- Understand company business strategy, set working objectives and promotion tasks, and motivate the team to achieve company objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training direction to team personnel.
- Conduct performance management, professional development, and hiring of team personnel.
- 5+ years of sales representative experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 2 years of sales management experience in a major or joint venture Pharma company.
- University degree and above.
- Medication, marketing, commerce, or related fields preferred.
- Achieving Results: Is goal-directed, persistent, and driven to achieve objectives.
- Technical and Business Expertise: Good at finding opportunities to simplify and improve business processes.
- Feedback and Coaching: Seeks candid feedback on performance, invests time in understanding others, and helps others improve through constructive feedback and encouragement.
