About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at Shangri-La. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
