Business Development Representative with Focus on Sales Channel Management

At Freudenberg, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales channels in own region to maximize customer satisfaction and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and sales strategies.
- Organize and lead distributor meetings to foster open communication and promote new technologies and products.
- Provide in-depth product training to customers and ensure timely on-site support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Implement branding and promotion activities with a high level of proactivity and business acumen.
- Responsible for customer claims, internal coordination, and solution provision to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor dynamics and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as mechanical design, environmental engineering, textile engineering, or chemical engineering.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket or similar industries, with a proven track record of sales channel management.
- Filtration technical background is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments and under pressure.
- Strong conflict management and response skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluent written and oral English communication skills, with a solid understanding of PC applications.
