FedEx is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our global sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline development, and sales performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant sales tools
