As a Technical Program Manager within Maersk Ground Freight and E-commerce (MGFE), you will be instrumental in delivering creative solutions for our e-commerce customers. Your role will involve directing and managing multiple projects, focusing on creating smooth, tailored digital interactions for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive project success: Oversee and guide projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines and achieve exceptional results.
- Encourage teamwork: Work closely with diverse, global teams to reach common goals, fostering transparency and accountability throughout.
- Detail-oriented planning: Create detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.
- Effective communication: Clearly report project status, achievements, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support team success: Collaborate with business analysts and trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer to operational teams.

- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
