As a Technical Program Manager within Maersk Ground Freight and E-commerce (MGFE), you will be instrumental in delivering creative solutions for our e-commerce clients. Your role will involve leading and managing multiple projects, focusing on creating seamless and tailored digital experiences for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive project success: Oversee and guide projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and achieving exceptional results.
  • Encourage teamwork: Work closely with diverse, international teams to reach common goals, fostering transparency and accountability throughout.
  • Detail-oriented planning: Create thorough project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Effective communication: Clearly communicate project status, achievements, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge transfer: Collaborate with business analysts and trainers to ensure effective knowledge sharing with operational teams.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A desire for continuous learning and the ability to independently develop new technical skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
