As a Technical Program Manager within Maersk Ground Freight and E-commerce (MGFE), you will be instrumental in executing innovative solutions tailored for our e-commerce clients. Your role will encompass leading and managing various projects, focusing on creating seamless and personalized digital interactions for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring project success: Oversee and guide projects from start to finish, making sure they stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
  • Encouraging teamwork: Work closely with diverse, international teams to achieve common goals, fostering transparency and accountability throughout the process.
  • Detail-oriented planning: Create detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.
  • Effective communication: Clearly report project status, achievements, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Supporting team success: Collaborate with business analysts and trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer to operational teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A desire for continuous learning and the ability to independently acquire new technical skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
