Your role will involve leading complex transformation initiatives, which include:

  • Enhancing industry-specific business and operational models with an emphasis on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT solutions.
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of integrated IT strategies alongside relevant support processes across various departments such as Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and HR.
  • Evaluating and refining organizational structures and governance frameworks.
  • Implementing and establishing management tools and systems.
  • Overseeing process organization within the IT domain.
  • Managing projects and programs utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.
Your Profile

We are looking for an analytical and communicative individual who thrives in collaborative settings. You should possess a proactive mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, along with the following qualifications:

  • A strong passion for digitalization and information technology.
  • An exemplary academic background (Master's, MBA, or PhD).
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in consulting or relevant project roles.
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • A solid grasp of essential commercial processes.
  • Proficient knowledge of common consulting methodologies and tools, with certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management (e.g., ITIL, Cobit) being advantageous.
  • A creative mindset and readiness to take on responsibilities.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with additional languages being a plus.
