As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives by nurturing existing client relationships and exploring new market opportunities.
  • Identifying key strategic opportunities for NEV-driven motors and associated applications.
  • Creating innovative solutions that address emerging needs within the NEV industry.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the NEV value chain and collaborating with Key Account Managers to build a robust network across OEMs and suppliers in China.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to gather market intelligence and provide insights on:
    • The shifting dynamics in the commercial, economic, and regulatory landscape affecting the NEV market and their implications for our business strategy.
    • Trends within the dairy industry and competitive landscape, advising on necessary strategic adjustments.
  • Executing business initiatives and ensuring timely progress tracking.
  • Implementing both short-term sales strategies and long-term growth plans for the NEV division.
  • Leading the development and execution of innovative initiatives that align with market demands.
  • Collaborating with product management and technical services to identify customer needs and provide expert recommendations for R&D projects.
  • Ensuring timely account receivables management.
  • Providing regular updates to management, including project status, schedules, and customer engagement reports.
  • Coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to address customer quality concerns, working with technical support and product management to deliver effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Managing current distributors and cultivating a professional distribution network.
