Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Present project status to the executive team, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to suppliers or CM sites as projects require, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams, with a strong background in technical program management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-volume products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues, and tracking bugs.
  • Experience managing the introduction of new technologies, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
  • PMP certified, with a solid understanding of technical requirements for technology integration.
