Technical Program Manager for IoT Solutions

Guide customers in implementing Qorvo’s IoT solutions from project inception to mass production, focusing on achieving new design wins and reducing time-to-market for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the workload of your Customer Success team, reporting to the global Customer Success senior manager.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customers to align support activities with project requirements.
  • Ensure your team is working on the highest priorities, providing coaching on technical aspects and soft skills, and supporting their career growth within Qorvo.

Your Impact:

  • Team Development: Develop your team's technical expertise, leveraging your knowledge of Ultra-wideband, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and Bluetooth protocols.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop proof-of-concepts and demonstrators using Qorvo products, focusing on software integration, debugging customer issues, and developing new application features.
  • Product Enhancement: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on how to improve Qorvo’s development kits.

Requirements:

  • Experienced software developer proficient in C programming, bare-metal, and Embedded Linux.
  • Strong communicator with a track record in technical customer-focused roles.
  • Familiarity with IoT protocols such as Ultra-wideband, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, or Bluetooth is an asset.
