Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Operations Program Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. As a key member of the Buy with Prime (BwP) Team, you will provide critical support to BwP business planning in identifying opportunities for business strategy, operation improvement, data & insights generation, as well as optimizing existing work processes and developing tools & mechanisms to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage key strategic operation workstreams, including business analysis and planning, data analysis, reporting, goal setting, performance reviews, and program operational works.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders and business teams to translate ambiguous requirements into execution, coordinate among stakeholders to deploy global policies in local markets.
  • Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, to generate in-depth data analysis and drive productivity initiatives.
  • Structure workflows across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities.
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports, or other tools to assist business teams in maximizing productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
