About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at Nordson Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving proactive sales and service initiatives in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactive Sales Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of proactive spare parts sales strategies in the Asia region, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  2. Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with regional teams to develop and deploy strategic partnerships that drive business results and customer satisfaction.
  3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of AfterMarket P&L reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Customer Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer complaints, evaluate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
  6. Technical Sales Support: Work closely with technical sales engineers to provide expert support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  7. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with HQ teams and service teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  8. Product Development Feedback: Provide feedback to R&D and engineering teams on product development, features, and functions to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
  9. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new applications and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
