POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, focusing on recognition and engagement of our most valuable Elite members. This role involves partnering with the Loyalty department team to ensure effective communication and delivery of Elite benefits to all members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles, with the ability to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards. They will also be able to anticipate and address guests' service needs, while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience

License or Certification: None
