Key Responsibilities:

Manage a HSBC Premier customer portfolio and act as the primary contact point for customers.

Maintain high service standards for internal and external HSBC Premier customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sell bank products to existing and potential customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.

About 3 years' related working experience.

Broad knowledge of full range of Bank's WPB banking products and services.

Mature and commercially oriented.

Good spoken and written English.
