Job Description
We are seeking a Sales and Relationship Development Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our Commercial Support department, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing cooperation with assigned House Accounts to retain and maximize profitability within their portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong service-oriented mindset and business acumen, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our network and supporting teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and engage other internal departments to improve clients' overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure existing business by assuring reliability and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Increase share of wallet with existing customers and maintain existing business within House Accounts' portfolios to achieve CM1 targets.
- Create awareness of DSV within customers' organizations and build solid business relationships with key stakeholders in supply chain cooperation.
- Drive process excellence across departments to meet clients' requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- A competitive salary ranging from ¥200,000 to ¥300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
