**Job Summary**


We are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Service Executive to manage our repair center in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of repair center operations, detecting quality issues, and continuously improving product quality or repair quality.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Manage and execute repair center operations in China, covering various product lines and ensuring timely completion of repair tasks.
  • Identify and address quality issues, and work towards improving product quality or repair quality.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the inventory of spare parts and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide customer service training for stores and develop advanced customer handling skills.
  • Support the line manager in new project developments to further enhance China's after-sales service.

**Requirements & Capabilities:**



  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service departments, preferably in the retail luxury field.
  • Strong communication skills and a good sense of service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle problem-solving and multitasking tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and logical thinking.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • University graduate.
