Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at Airbus (China) Enterprise Management and Services Co. Limited. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial statements are compliant with IFRS, PRC GAAP, and HK GAAP, as well as ensuring accounting activities are in line with finance internal control and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting packages to support business decision-making.

Accounting Operations:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger postings, month-end closing, and year-end closing.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and accounting processes.

Tax Compliance:

  • Manage China tax calculations, estimates, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws.

Inventory Management:

  • Conduct inventory stock-in management and ensure accurate inventory levels.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial reporting and accounting processes.
  • Communicate financial information to business stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or relevant majors.
  • Five years or above related working experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with IFRS, China GAAP, HK GAAP, and China tax regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
