Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer strategy, fleet planning, network, and operation to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze key themes and subjects impacting customer decision-making, identifying opportunities to showcase Airbus products.
  • Design and present analysis to demonstrate operational and economic feasibility, highlighting competitive advantages.
  • Capture customer expectations, ideas, and concerns, ensuring accurate representation in marketing campaigns.
  • Lead campaign planning, defining approach, direction, and framework for product pitches, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts, driving results and customer engagement.
  • Motivate team members, resolving engagement issues, and fostering a culture of recognition and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and deliver Airbus marketing strategies for customers, leveraging expertise in finance-related studies and analyst roles.
  • Play a key role in Global Account Management, coordinating efforts and providing coaching to team members.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Commercial, or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the airline or aviation industry, with a strong understanding of customer communication and English skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and a teamwork spirit, with a willingness to take on challenges and travel for business.
  • Strong interest in aviation, open-minded, and easy-going, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new knowledge.
