Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key customers in the South area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Pulp and Paper industry.
- Presentation of Company Products and Services to ensure customer acceptance.
- Regular customer visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and customer information in Salesforce.
- Communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality quotations.
- Ensure quotations are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with Valmet-FC Representatives/Agents in the area, if applicable.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager or company.
- Adhere to Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions, and Procedures.
- Awareness of local quality systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Specialized knowledge of sales, promotion, selection, and sizing of control and on-off valves and related control instruments.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the sales and marketing of industrial valves and control instruments.
- Deep understanding of the China Pulp and Paper industry and its market dynamics.
- Familiarity with local applicable codes and norms in the South area.
- Good knowledge of the South area local Pulp and Paper business and process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and leadership capabilities.
