Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven EPC Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an EPC Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities for our company's solutions to drive revenue growth.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with EPC key accounts, understanding their business needs, and effectively optimizing our solutions to meet their needs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years from drive, electrification, automation solution proposal in process industry.
  • Proven track record of success in solution sales for EPC key accounts with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, influence decision-making, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for effective pipeline management.
  • Good command of English-speaking communication. Other languages competencies will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project basic engineering.
  • Knowledge of cost management and budget control

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and create new business opportunities by looking for project information from EPC key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine how our solutions can effectively address client needs and provide value.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently achieving revenue and growth quotas.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
