Job Description

Develop and Execute Global Brand Strategy

As a key member of the L'Oréal team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global brand strategy for the innovation and renovation of pillars, driving continued worldwide growth for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define global brand development strategy for the category consistent with the brand's sense of purpose
  • Propose a multi-year marketing plan for the category, including brand portfolio, strategic innovations, and growth of pillar-products
  • Create an integrated, engaging, and consistent consumer brand experience and suggest marketing mix strategies (IMC, Digital, Retail)
  • Monitor the development of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) consistent with the brand's sense of purpose
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the global marketing strategy
  • Build and manage a strong and talented team, inspiring and developing their expertise and know-how

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global brand development and marketing strategy
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
