About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team at Freudenberg in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales, customers, and profitability in line with company expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products to customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities in north China.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitive analyses to establish sound annual and long-range objectives.
  • Work with distributors, dealers, and agents.
  • Ensure compliance with Freudenberg regulations on safety, environmental protection, and occupational health.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Rubber, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration from an established university.
  • At least three years of sales experience in specialty chemicals or at least three years of technical or production experience in the rubber-related manufacturing environment.
  • Proven skills in troubleshooting and hands-on engineering experience.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Ability to build and lead a team.
