YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a key role in digital commerce account and distributor management, overseeing sell in, sell out, offtake and inventory; managing P&L planning, reimbursement, tracking and review; manage trade terms, contract and document for business.
  • Drive offtake development and business growth, accessing the landscape, identifying business opportunities & ideas to deliver the overall business objective, demand forecast, sales plan, execution and review. Analyze business data on different platforms to identify business trends.
  • Implement sales target /EVI achievement and KPI set up/promotions activities plans for JD Channel according to company strategy.
  • Set up CRM goals and implementation structures, working closely with paid media team members, supervising internal teams and customers to implement the strategy, acquiring new customers and reactivating regular users with strong strategic insight in a systematical method.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years working experience in managing online retail channels and stores (Managing JD business & FMCG industry experiences are a MUST).
  • Strong ownership on resulting driving and strong capability on planning, engaging, execution and tracking.
  • Effective working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong ability in building trust and influencing to both internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology, etc.
