Job Role Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the project management of technology development projects for CMOS embedded memory technologies. Ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Engineers and cross-functional teams to drive decision-making processes regarding process changes and foundry events.
  • Conduct regular assessments of CMOS and eNVM technology processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance yield and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve process-related issues.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure swift and effective decision-making.
  • Responsible for process integration within front-end semiconductor and project management experience for at least 5-10 years.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in process integration within front-end semiconductor and project management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of process integration and project management preferably in CMOS and eNVM technology (e.g. 28nm and 40nm) in foundries environment.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Proven experience in driving fast decision-making processes, particularly in the context of Product Change Review Boards and Material Review Boards.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
