Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at HSBC. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards and metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Fluency in multiple languages
