Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Sales Manager to join our team at Adidas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to land the recommended assortment plan and buying depth to achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product ranges and buying plans under customer LENS and provide insights and inputs on buying plans specific to customers and stores.
  • Collaborate with the omni-buying team to provide feedback and inputs on product reviews.
  • Provide sales performance reviews of accounts according to specific categories across channels.
  • Assist the leader in providing forecast on product range and assortment in the GTM process.
  • Join and follow up on in-season trade meetings with customers and provide forecast on in-season buying plans specific to stores and product ranges.
  • Land OTB orders to customers, including buying structures, product ranges, and packages.
  • Ensure product landing in stores through collaboration with Retail Ops teams at in-season trading.
  • Support promotion plans according to product ST and store inventory.
  • Support projects of accounts under specific categories.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally with sales/buying experience.
  • 5+ years of broad merchandising experience, ideally with both category merchandising and retail merchandising experience, or 5+ years of account management experience, ideally with key account management.
  • 3+ years of working with a diverse team.
