Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a shared vision of IT solutions across the organization, facilitating decision-making and arbitration on trade-offs between different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office and Capabilities Leads to prioritize and manage projects across the company, ensuring timely completion and effective tracking.
  • Lead the deployment and upgrade of enterprise applications from an IT perspective, working closely with plant business stakeholders to maximize operational impact.
  • Drive the introduction of new digital mindsets and IT technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Work with Plant Management to develop budgets and allocate resources for M&O software licenses, maintenance, and support, ensuring effective IT expense management.
  • Support regular ISO audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in enabling or supporting MES or ERP systems in a manufacturing company, with 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with good understanding of plant manufacturing processes and ERP processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Office, VMWare, and printing servers, as well as network and storage systems.
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams and good English communication skills (writing and oral).
