Job Title: Sales Manager

At Adidas, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our customer relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Provide sales support and training to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or project management.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
