About the Role

As a Field Quality Support professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers in North and Central China. Your expertise in semiconductor quality management will be instrumental in resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve quality-related concerns raised by customers within the designated region, focusing primarily on our Semiconductor Integrated Circuits (SIC) business.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments at STMicroelectronics to investigate, verify, and address customer complaints, requests, and requirements.
  • Escalate critical situations promptly to your manager, ensuring timely and effective resolution for our customers.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional support, clear communication, and swift problem-solving. Continuously monitor quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer site visits and audits, providing comprehensive information and addressing their concerns.
  • Represent STMicroelectronics in customer quality meetings, fostering collaboration and transparency.

About You

You possess a strong technical background in semiconductor processes, failure analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. Your familiarity with quality tools and management systems is essential for success in this role. A deep understanding of automotive quality standards and requirements is highly valued.

Your proven experience working directly with customers, coupled with your excellent teamwork, presentation, and communication skills, will enable you to excel in this customer-facing position. A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are key attributes for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Business fluency in English.
