Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team in China. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will play a critical role in managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR operations processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and hiring.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and effective evaluation.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms with clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Generate and distribute HR-related forms and letters, such as offer letters, employment contracts, performance appraisal forms, disciplinary letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
- Prepare and manage documents related to benefits enrollment, policy updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must.
- Previous experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Result-oriented, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and international environment.
